I am using your mozilla thunderbird email. It seems to be deleting messages after around 30 days. It is tied to my internet providers webmail which does that.

The webmail I use keeps emails for 28 days. My internet provider set up your email so the messages stay stored. But the emails are being deleted in thunderbird also. My internet provider said that should not be happening and to contact you. Any ideas of what could be happening?
