Make sure you are viewing all the folders and message threads.

  • View > Folders > All
  • View > Threads > All

Check you do not have a Quick Filter icon selected on Quick Filter Bar.

Check to see if index is ok by repairing the index.

  • Right click on Inbox and select 'Properties'
  • click on 'Repair Folder' button
  • click on OK
