With Version 78.2.2 (32-bit) I am unable to accept or send meeting invitations. Incoming messages have no "accept" or "decline" buttons. Message reads "No writable calendars are configured for invitations, please check the calendar properties." I have Google Calendar set up and working using Provider for Google Calendar. I've been using Thunderbird/Lightning for years and this has never been a problem. I have searched for a solution for days and have not found one. Anyone have a fix?

If you right-click a calendar in the left pane of the Calendar tab, Properties, is the Read Only box checked?

sfhowes: Thanks for your suggestion. I have tried this several times with no change. Doesn't seem to matter if "read only" is checked or not. Also, when in read only, it prevents me from creating scheduling meetings even just for myself. This has been my primary work calendar for years and now I'm having to use workarounds. I have it set as read only now and will see if anything changes in the days ahead. Other ideas?

Setting it read-only wouldn't be my choice for adding events. Perhaps the Provider add-on is deficient. Have you tried using TbSync with Provider for CalDAV and CardDAV?
