Has worked fine until around 24th (? see below) June 2023. Last update was 17 June 2023 Running Windows 10 last updated 15 June 2023 (NT 10.0 19045) I now get this message 'Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.' Run Thunderbird in troubeshoot mode, running version 102.12.0 Cleared startup cache Profile folder has full permissions CHKDSK shows no faults, >700G disc space left I haven't been in the office every day, so it may be possible that I've missed this problem since either Thunderbird or Windows last updated. Any thoughts?! Can recieve answers through Gmail!!

Kind regards

Nick

Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox”. There are several reasons which are known to cause this error: 1) Insufficient disk space or insufficient privileges.

got an antivirus program? Try disabling it preferably by restarting your operating system in safe mode with networking and see if things work better.
