I have tried to disable the optionsfor Thunderbird junk filtering with no luck. I still get the yellow bar at the top of the body of the incoming emails.

For junk settings I have gone to Account Settings, Junk Settings and clicked the check box where it says Enable adaptive junk controls to uncheck the box. Is there another option somewhere I am missing?

The mail provider might be classifying spam/junk, independent of TB. If the account is IMAP, see if you can subscribe the provider's Spam/Junk/Bulk folder.

The popup says "Thunderbird thinks this message is junk" so to me that has nothing to do with the email provider. No matter how many emails I have with the same person or how many times I click and say it's not junk I still get this on most of my emails. There has to be a way to turn this off. I don't need any junk filtering since I don't use this email address to sign up for anything and it is not posted on a website anywhere. I only use it to communicate with customers.

Junk controls can be disabled in Account Settings, Junk Settings, for each account.
