Thunderbird doesn't have an explicit blacklist, but you can create a filter that deletes all messages where from contains @dominio.

Specify only the letters that are the same. For example, of you receive emails from @domain, @xxxdomain, @domain23, etc. just set the filter for domain as those six characters are in each. If I am not understanding, please give some examples. Thank you.
