Keys 1-9 and related shift keys !@#$%^&*(), malfunction in browser
The keys 1-9, 0, and the related shift keys !@#$%^&*() function properly in every application, except in the Firefox browser. In short, the keys work in the XP operating system forms, fields, and in all other applications, including WORD, EXCEL, etc. When the Firefox browser is opened, these keys malfunction. When you click the above-referenced keys, the results are a blank (nothing), a 3, a 6 or an 8. Additionally, accessing the computer remotely (TeamViewer, Crossloop, etc.) and entering browser, these keys work just fine.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
