Using pcs in a public setting. currently have all windows updates on a schedule - download on a specific day and specific time. how can I get Firefox to do this?

Tried add-on of Firefox scheduler, but it needs a specific http link and I didn't see one on mozilla or firefox that directly connects to an updater. all links still required a click, which defeats the purpose of an automatic update and install.

Firefox will automatically update itself.

The updates are generally on a six week cycle, but usually additional releases are also made such as the recent Firefox 20.0.1 which was for Windows OS only.

You appear to have posted from Internet Explorer so we have no idea what version of Firefox you are on. (Some very old versions do not update automatically.)

Another thing to keep in mind is that Firefox has to be running for the automatic updater to look for an update, to download the update when found, and for the update to be installed (although the update can be installed the next time Firefox is launched).
