Do you use any extensions that block ads? That occurs to me because the service you're using for social icons (addthis) has "ad" in its name and perhaps they are getting filtered that way.

To determine whether an extension is a likely culprit, you could disable that one temporarily, or you could disable them all by testing the page in Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using

Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled (Flash and other plugins still run)

In the dialog, click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset)

Any difference?

Actually, the icon images in the header are from your own server, so AddThis probably is not related to your not being able to see them. I still suggest trying the site in Firefox's Safe Mode.

Hi,

I deactivated extension adblocker from firefox and It work. And was able to see the icons. However, I have alot of client viewing the site that use firefox, so if client have adblocker activated this mean they will not be able to see those icons. IS there a way to get all visitors can see this even though having this extension?

Hi Roxana, is it Adblock Plus? That extension is very popular and people often use the same filter sets, so you may be able to change something in the page so your icons can still be seen by those users. If it's a different blocker, its operation may be harder to research.
