Panning my cctv cameras can vary from a delay of 0.5 scs to several seconds. Three years ago my estate was told that high speed fibre would be available but we are still waiting (we are only 100mtrs from the Plympton exchange.) There is no response whatsoever from OpenReach and it says no update is planned now.
How can I find out what is happening.? if I am not going to get fibre then I will cancel my contract and switch to 5G.
