how do I configure Hebrew?

I live in Israel and thus need to write e-mails in Hebrew, as well as English. There doesn't seem to be any way to configure the Hebrew. I can write in Hebrew, and even right align the text, but if I need to add an English word, that English word is thrown to the start of the line and the writing continues after that. In other words, it may be aligned right, but it isn't actually configured to write hebrew properly. Am I missing something? זה משהו like זה

I'm not using Hebrew, but I did locate this addon which might resolve the issue. You would need to try it out.
