I delete firefox and I download the new. I start to work with Mozilla but suddenly tell me that: there is a bad plugging. He give error and off. sometimes go sooo slowly and I cann´t write ...

I am sorry, but you must post the crash report numbers. What you posted is the main page of the report, but there are several pages to look at as well as other information provided by the reports.


In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
