For Sears: Filling job app W-4 .. NPAPI format .. is not poping up, only blank on my IMac, Old plug in is asked for-and-allowed and nothing happens?

Applying to SEARS job and proceeding to the screen of the W-4 Forma blank screen and a frozen status is present to the effort to finish the form.

Firefox info on the popup screen is that it is an outdated plug-in ... I then consequently indicate allow ... and a blank screen for the form still continues.

In order to make sure that you are up to date on your plugins please update all your extensions and add ons, it sounds like Flash is out of date: Currently installed is version: Shockwave Flash 12.0 r0 and the most recent is version 16. Please also check for other outdated plugins on the Plugin Check Page:
