I have a folder created under one of my accounts named Archive. In it I had subfolders for previous years. I've discovered they are all missing!

But I have a full profile backup from months ago, but these previous year folders would still have their contents.

How do I get those folders (or therir content into my current profile which is of the same name?

In the Mail subdirectory other subdirectories with the account name Archive and in those should be files with no extension and other files with the same name but with extension .msf. Copy those files with no extension to the account called Archive from the backup to the present profile.

OK. I had thought about that, but was worried that there was an index somewhere else that would be involved. I will try this.

The index will be recreated.
