My game won't load all the way but on other browsers. What is wrong?

See I was playing a game called Splash Master and when it loads after the ad the menu for the game won't load so I can't press play. Then I went on Chrome and it actually worked but it is too slow. So i was wondering why will it load on Chrome but not on Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
