Stuff missing from Settings (I can't fix it)
2 years ago, in 2013, I could have all graphics turned on in settings. But now for the last 2 years, I can't. I tried this (http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=169431), but it didn't work. I would really like to play with better graphics... Please help.

The forum post you linked to doesn't display for me, can you please explain what you are referencing?
Does Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL
