I made a change to my email account when trying to reset my password. Now I can't get into my email. I need a tech to call me, or a phone number to call a tech. I've spent hours reading junk and searching for a phone number that I believe doesn't exist. Help please!

Mozilla does not have phone support.

Can you get into your mail using your mail provider's website? That's the best way to confirm that you know the currently correct login credentials. If that's not working, you'll need to work with your mail provider on fixing that.

Once you are ready to set up Thunderbird to receive and send, you can call up the Account Settings dialog (tap the Alt key to access the Tools menu if it's not usually displayed) and edit the confirmed password there. Is this where the problem is?

You would have been told to contact your unnamed email service support which is say the site after the @ in email address or post on this forum or at the independent http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=50

The Thunderbird email client is being worked on by a Thunderbird community now days and not by Mozilla.

Even Mozilla does not have the resources to do call centers for one on one phone, chat or email support for their own products and projects at mozilla.org including desktop Firefox especially since it would be for free .
