We have multiple email accounts. One particular email when recieving emails it is always copied to another email. How can I change this.
The email accounts were created by the administrator prior to me. We have multiple email addresses (Using Thunderbird) and when we send an email from one particular email address the response will come back to that email address and one of our other email addresses. How can I stop this from happening?

It is possible that there is a CC in the Account Setting.
Right click on mail account in Folder Pane and select 'Settings' select 'Copies & Folders' 'Cc' or Bcc these email addresses. Is this selected? Remove email address Uncheck the option click on OK
I checked those settings and everything seems to be correct. There is no email (s) listed in the CC or Bcc email addresses.
If you open Tools/Account Settings, select the sending account in the left pane, then look at Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the lower right pane, is the smtp server the one for the sending account or for another account?
The Outgoing Server (SMTP) they are different for those 2 email addresses.
If you open Tools/Account Settings (again), select the sending account in the left pane, is there anything in the Reply-to Address box?
I am not seeing anything labeled Sending Account or Reply to Address box.
I meant the account that sends with one address but the response also goes to another account. See picture.
I have checked the Reply to Address on each email address and they are correct
Check Message Filters: either via Mail toolbar: 'Menu icon' > 'Message filters' > 'Message filters'. Or via 'Menu Bar' 'Tools' > 'Message Filters' see if there is a Message filter for the account which is sending a copy to the other email address. disble or delete as required.
Checked the Message filters and did not see anything being directed or sending a copy to other email addresses. I did notice that all emails are IMAP and the one that the emails are getting copied to is a POP. Would that have anything to do with it?
