Firefox has been having problems for a few days -- slow to open, slow to download pages, et cetera. When I opened it tonight, saw a message telling me to go to troubleshooting page (via ? icon in menu) to refresh Firefox. I tried to do so, but after 20 minutes I figured out that Firefox had stopped responding. I forced-quit the browser then reopened it. Now all of my bookmarks are gone, and when I try to access any webpage I get a message saying that the connection is insecure and thus Firefox won't open the page; this is true even when I try to access the Mozilla support page with Firefox. (I am using Safari to send this.)

Thank you! The bookmarks have been mostly restored, but I still can't access any webpages. I get this message:

"The owner of website has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate."

I get this message regardless of the website. Any ideas on how to fix that?

Thanks again!
