Until the recent update to the new faster Firefox I did not have any issues with Lowes or Home Depot doing other store searches. I have checked for solutions and there are several add-ons listed that can cause this but I do not have any of them installed. I have Adblocker for YouTube, Adblocker Ultimate, uBlock Origin, Dashlane and Easy YouTube Video Downloader. I disabled all and still had the problem. I started Firefox in Safe Mode and the problem goes away. How do I fix this so I can run Firefox normally?

Hi hdwg1340, could you describe the steps leading up to the problem in a little more detail. Is this after the site initially says it thinks your local store is in X and you want to change it to Y? What are the next steps that lead to the problem?

One other content blocker to be aware of is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. If you see a "shield" icon toward the left end of the address bar, click that for more information, and see this article for more on managing the feature: What happened to Tracking Protection?.

I am having issues with firefox and homedepot.com as well. I can't search. If i type something into the search field and then hit enter nothing happens. I am running firefox esr 52.7.2, I have this happen frequently. I have to hit F5 to reload the page and when it reloads it executed the search.

The people who code the home depot site are horrible I get that but seems that firefox is also having issues.
