These obviosly fake "You won a insert expensive item" can popup from some Ads on some web pages and not necessarily due to malware on Windows.
Mozilla does not do any so called surveys with claims that you have won or will receive insert expensive prizes like iPhones or gift cards
Mozilla has done surveys over the years by way of http://qsurvey.mozilla.com which is surveygizmo.com

Phishing scam... FF never sends out things like that. You got a adware doing that from whatever site your visiting and use a fake FF logo as part of their tactics to get you malware.
