cannot receive message after clicking on message filter

today I was getting loads of spam e-mails from Russian sources so I clicked on message filter each time and put in the name on each one and run the filter and all worked ok. Then on the last one I did same but didn't notice that it actually put my e-mail address into the message to be filtered and I clicked run now but then it deleted my entire message box.I was able to restore all from my deleted folder and clicked move to inbox again but since then I cannot receive any e-mails to this e-mail address on that computer.I even totally removed Thunderbird completely inc every bit with a professional uninstaller and then put it on in the new again and copied over my profile from another computer but still the same,I can get e-mails to all other e-mail addresses as I had not tried to filter them but nothing to this e-mail address but here at home now every thing works perfectly on this home computer but not on the one at work.What have I done wrong. Solved I had to completely remove my profile and copy entirely from another computer and update this one and now all back to normal.
