i play lucky slots and they have all the games locked even hearts why can't i play,they set me back 4 times to level 22 and i have been up to level 252
lucky slots wont unlock hearts and it always was unlocked, they won't do it says error, i can collect gems but can't play

Normally, I would tell you to clear your cookies and cache. But your game data may be stored there. Meaning you would start from scratch.
