Because of new data protection laws I must send an email to everyone on the list. Is there a way I can add an 'unsubscribe' button to the end of the message?

被選擇的解決方法

You could insert a link (Ctrl+K) like this:

Unsubscribe to this list

so the recipient would send a message to you with Unsubscribe as the Subject. A message filter that acts on messages with this Subject would move them to a separate folder or Tag them.

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird support queue.

Starting from Tools/Message Filters, you could create a filter that looks like the one in the attached picture.
