I can not get into my Mozilla account. IT tells me my password or username do not match. I have requested my username and password and I am not receiving the emails to change or confirm them. I need to speak to an actual person to remedy this as Mozilla is also blocking certain sites and I can't find the information to remedy that as well, which is what led me to trying to log into my account.

What account are you talking about? There are several separate logins on Mozilla.

The user account I set up when I downloaded Mozilla to my laptop. I had no idea there were so many different ways to login to different things for Mozilla. That is really annoying.

1st, there is no need to "register" for anything when installing and using Firefox.

2nd, new Firefox installations and after a Firefox update Mozilla is promoting the use of Sync for synchronizing user data across multiple devices. Sync uses a Firefox Account. IMO, they treat that as something which is required just to be able to use Firefox; but it's totally optional. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-accounts

If you don't need Sync, just ignore that Firefox Account situation with not getting the email for confirmation. Overall as far as not getting that email, check your spam folder in your email application to make sure those emails didn't end up in the spam folder. Also, some email portals are incorrectly "seeing" the domain the Firefox Accounts email system uses as one that sends unwanted email and blocks it until the user overrides that "block".

Finally, yes there are a lot different registration system that Mozilla uses. For a long time every time Mozilla came up with something new, whoever created that new feature also created their own registration system. At one point about 8 or 9 years ago, I had like 9 different and separate "accounts" for Firefox & Mozilla information and services. But that has being slowly changed over the last 3 years or so as various Mozilla websites and features get updated. The glaring exception is this support forum which still has a totally separate registration and log in system than anything else related to Mozilla. I doubt if that will be fixed until Mozilla comes up with new software for this forum, which Mozilla tried to do about 15 months ago and after about a month Mozilla realized that the software just didn't work as it was supposed to work; so it was back to the older software that was put in place back in 2010, which has its faults but was better overall that what "we got" in early 2017.

Fred meant with *.mozilla.org sites in general like support.mozilla.org, bugzilla.mozilla.org, discourse.mozilla.org, addons.mozilla.org (only needed if you want to do things like review or manage your own extensions or such there) etc.

Not really, it doesn't make clear, at least to me, if there is a real human I can talk to or not. I am not the most tech savvy person, so I need a one on one conversation.

You were provided support in the thread you started on June 8th. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1221112

There is no one-on-one support - this is support forum with the support provided by other human users of Firefox. Please respond to the answers which were provided in your support thread.

Any applications that have one on one support option(s) by way of chat, phone, or email tends to be for paid for products that you buy online and or in a retail store. Mozilla does not have the resources that would be needed for to have call centres for one on one support of desktop Firefox and mobile Firefox for Android and iOS, especially since it would be for free for a free to download and use applications.

The closest you may get to one on one chat is with irc.mozilla.org with channels like #firefox
