Cantt use NFCU bank software Bill pay with FF Quantum
Log in to Bank software is ok but when I go to Bill pay section OPAQUE BOX comes up that completely covers the page ( think it is javascript) in previous versions BEFORE Quantum install there used to be a box that said go to Bill pay click here; now with Quantum that box and option no longer appears. This forces me to NOT use Quantum Must use IE 11, Chrome or Opera for secure transactions . Asked Navy Federal Credit Union IT about this problem, they said they are aware of problem but Firefox is the cause of problem. Is this True? Navy Federal Credit Union is largest Credit Union in the USA... 4 Million + members. If you wish to lose users this is a sure fire way to do it.. September 5, 2018

What does the screen shot look like?
Screen shot is completely OPAQUE, Have already gone to the options section and cleared the History. Have deleted FF Quantum 62.0 and installed an Older version of FF Quantum 60.0 Nothing gets rid of this Blanl OPAQUE screen, Which since you can't delete it you can use BILL PAY in their software. Have advised the NFCU IT of this problem, they still say it is a FF issue. Their Bill Pay does work in Chrome, IE 11, Opera but not Quantum 60.00 or above, Prior to Quantum 60.,00 I would get an Opaque screen but there was a white box in center that if you clicked it "allowed" acess to Bill Pay. This white box is no longer there. What gives?
