How do I get the updated PDF docucement from a website?

I updated a PDF document on my website. When I visit the website and retrieve the document, I get the old version.

I have clear FireFox cache and reloaded the document. Nothing works!

Not a Firefox problem. I uploaded the new version to the wrong directory.
