Important mail is frequently being shunted to my junk folder of my hotmail.com account. Often these are messages from my broker or bank or medical bulletins from medscape. This does not always happen with these senders; but often enough to be annoying. I have, for some while, followed the tip to mark these messages as "Non Junk" using shift-J. I have check all junk mail options which seem to be correct but ineffective. Is there some way to enter a "white list" of all domains which should not be considered junk? All suggestions appreciated. mike

That is not a browser or firefox issue but a hotmail support issue that you need to contact them about.

Some e-mail providers have the option to sort incoming mail. Contact your e-mail provider for help.

Fred- thanks for your reply. I have tried a variety of methods to contact my e-mail provider (which is verizon.com; however they may have farmed it out to aol.com), in particular searching for the ability to create white list. So far, no joy. Can you suggest a way?

I don't know about other e-mail providers, but Hotmail.com (Microsoft) can be set to send all incoming mail to the Junk Folder except for mail addresses you flag as good.
