Hi my phone has been stolen and lost my google authenticator that in my phone 

and i stored recovery code on my iPhone so i cant restored my firefox account

know what can i do ? (i have Primary account email required for sign-in)

Unfortunately, unless you have your Recovery Keys, you will not be able to recover your account. For security purposes, no one at Mozilla can currently bypass this for you.
