Walmart Grocery website: grocery.walmart.com/ having issues/not loading on Firfox Nightly version 72.0a1 (2019-11-18) (64-bit)

more options

Website works on normal Firefox version 70.0.1 and other browsers. I have UBlock Origin as an addon but the website doesn't even load before I have a chance to turn it off to test, I don't think its that. Another odd thing, when I open it in a container (doesn't matter which one) the website will load fine. I've attached my troubleshooting information as well.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to. You may also lose any settings for that website.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

Did you try to disable the Firefox VPN extension ?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

Thanks for the helpful tips. After deleting the cookie data for that site it worked. This makes sense with how the containers work. I wonder why this was causing the website to not load.

Thanks again guys!

I've been having this problem with https://grocery.walmart.com/ with Firefox 73.0a1 (2019-12-16) (64-bit) for about the past week now.

Clearing cookies for *Walmart.com does fix the issue, but only for an hour or so; after an hour or two, the problem returns. Cookies have to be cleared again for it to work.

I've also tried Nightly in Safe Mode, the problem persists. Disabling graphics hardware acceleration did not fix it either. The only thing that fixes it (again, for about an hour at a time) is clearing *Walmart cookies.

I figured it was just me, or a corrupted profile, but then I ran across this topic in a Google search.
