since I have many bookmarks in my bookmarks toolbar, I get a double arrow  (">>") on the right and I click on it to show and scroll the whole of them, and there has always been an "^" on the top to scroll up and a "v" at the bottom to scroll down in the list. From some time to now (maybe since 73.0.1, maybe before), the "v" sign disappeared, so I cannot scroll down any more.
