Does anyone ever read feedback submitted through the Help menu?
Is the Help menu the best way to submit feedback to Mozilla? Does anyone actually read it? I've submitted feedback that way before but it feels like no one saw it.
You don't even get a "sent" confirmation - all I get is a page saying something like "Your feedback will be used to improve Firefox", which doesn't confirm the feedback was sent!
I actually sent feedback about this last year, saying that the "sent" message should be clearer. But who knows if anyone saw it! LOL

Hello MartyJames,
I'd like to believe that the feedback one submits using the page you
mentioned (Help => Submit Feedback), actually does get read .....
They will of course get inundated with all kinds of feedback.
Here are a few others ways to try :

hii MartyJames,
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.
