Folder need repair all time
I am running the latest version of Thunderbird, with some filter rules for specific folders.
Every other day the same folders need repair, how can we sort this.

Lets start with the obvious. Place an exclusion in your anti virus for scanning in the Thunderbird profile on access. That historically has been a frequent cause of issues as there are two users trying to use the same data.
