Windows 10 32bit new installation (previous hdd crashed, backup lost, so new SSD and installations) I have Outlook and ntlworld mail accounts in my newly installed Thunderbird. Whilst I can access both accounts in full individually, online, what I can't seem to do is consistently get my "sent" messages into my Tbird "Sent" folder. (I have today added a Yahoo account, which works perfectly, so far). I also access/use my email from my Android tablet - via Fairmail application which has limited functionality. Don't think Tbird works with Android GO. Ideally I'd like the entire content of the online "sent" folders in my pc Thunderbird settings - I get bits and pieces only. Think it's POP3, but I can't find a POP3 setting for either Outlook or ntlworld (think that's the one that gets messages in matching pc folders). 1/ How do I get all my "sent" data into my Thunderbird "Sent" folders 2/ Does using same mail services on two devices affect that "sent" update ? 3/ For reasons that escape me, Thunderbird has added 3 extra folders which don't relate to any account, how do I delete them (contents nil) See picture ..
