Hello,

My password saved are deleted every time I close FF. It used to be manageable because Google and other sites didn't require me to fill my passwords (cookies did the trick I suppose) but now I also loose access to gmail and Youtube every time I close FF. It's annoying to have to use 2FA every damn time. And keeping the passwords available.

I've tried every answer I found by looking around :

- tried to start in safe mode - disable hardware acceleration - I have no extensions

FF saves the passwords correctly (at least they appear in the saved password tab) but they are erased every time I restart FF. The cookies aren't automatically deleted (FF remembers my browsing history) but I need to relog into Google.

I getting frustrated.

Are you using Sync?

Do you see logins stored in logins.json if you open this file in a Firefox tab?

I didn't use Sync and I can't open the file (I apparently don't have the permission ?).

Thanks for your help.

I've tried this and I can't open the file. Access denied. I've checked the security options and I should have access. I've tried looking around on the internet but I can't find an answer.

I can totally understand your frustration. It sounds like a really annoying issue. Have you checked your Firefox settings to ensure 'Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed' is turned off? Also, try checking your privacy settings to see if there's anything else that might be causing the problem. Hope this helps!
