can't download firefox to my HP laptop

I have already tried the suggestions offered and they didn't work

This happened

Just once or twice

tried to download firefox to my HP laptop

Hi Rod Dietz,

can you explain what kind of problem you are facing when trying to download? You can download Firefox at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ If you have problem downloading to your HP laptop, try downloading to a different PC and you may want to copy it into a flash drive and then try installing in your HP laptop.
