upgrade f.1.5 to f.3.6.13. location bar is missing, or i just don't see it.
firefox 1.5 had a bar where tabs could accumulate. fast access to web sites. firefox 3.6 doesn.t seem to have that location bar. ie8 has it, but i want to stay with firefox.

You upgraded from Firefox 1.5 to Firefox 3.6.13
You also need to update your plugins to the latest versions.
Your above posted system details show outdated plugin(s) with known security and stability risks that you should uninstall and update.
- Java Plug-in 1.5.0_06 for Netscape Navigator (DLL Helper)
- Shockwave Flash 6.0 r29
Update the Java plugin to the latest version.
