After the new update today my Norton service is warning me that I am the 1st person to download something and do I want to continue and when I say no the whole program freezes.

After the newest update was automatically installed today, when I go online I get a warning box from Norton saying something like I am the 1st person to download this and do I want to continue? I'm afraid it is a virus so I say no and the whole Firefox program freezes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and the same thing keeps happening. Should I reinstall it and just say yes instead?

1st person huh? That was reported to Norton in May 2010. Looks like they didn't fix their stuff permanently.

Thank you!! I figured I wasn't really the 1st person...but when you don't know that much about computers it makes you scared to continue. I did click continue anyway and it is now working fine!! Thanks again!
