Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems: View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Cmd+0 on Mac)

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting 'none' as a high value can cause issues like you described.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

The solution offered did not work.

Windows Internet Explorer did exactly the same thing. I had to reload in "Compatibility Mode". Is there an equivalent in "Firefox"?

No, Firefox doesn't have a compatibility mode.

I can't access that website, so can't see if I can reproduce your issue.

Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

The GAL Logo should be in the top right hand corner.

Where it says HOME, this should come underneath MAIN & above Gemini Applications Ltd.

Tried to attach a Screenshot but it does not seen to want to do it, been trying now for half an hour. Only 5KB file.

Tried uploading the screenshot again. Still trying after 2 Hours!!!!

Tried again from home to upload a Screenshot, again it won't work, just insists on playing ring 'a ring 'a roses!!!

You mentioned saving the screenshot as JPG. I am not a Computer expert, haven't a clue how to do that.

Think I am going to have to bin Firefox!!!! It appears useless.
