when the volume is up thre is that male voice which tell you what you just did . I need to silence that voice. I do not how.
I think this noisy service is for blind people. There must be a way to turn the voice on and off.

You have switch on the VoiceOver accessibility feature (System Preferences -> Speech;(fn) Cmd-F5)
