You must have many users that do Ancestry .co.uk.
Your updated software has banned the enhanced viewer addon that enables us to view info on Ancestry - WHY ???

Firefox doesn't "ban" anything. When an add-on is not compatible with a new version of Firefox, it is disabled. It is up to the developer of each add-on to keep it compatible with Firefox as Mozilla releases new versions of Firefox.
How do I unupdate the latest Firefox to return to a usable item
