I'm having a great deal of pop-ups, the Pop-up blocker is checked.

I'm getting pop-ups, nearly every time I click on something. I looked on the Pop-up Blocker and it is checked. I have no list of allowed pop-ups either. These are Firefox pop-ups, the little logo is in the upper left corner.
