Why do I get an AVG Resident Shield Alert every time I start FF 13.0.1?

The alert references tracking cookie 2o7, found in my default profile, \cookies.sqlite.

I don't really want to add that cookie to my Exceptions because I don't want that cookie on my computer.

If I ignore the cookie, FF 13 just repeats the error on every start-up.

I didn't have this the first time I installed FF13. So is this a FF problem or an AVG problem? I'm using AVG 2012 free version.

More info. I didn't see the opportunity to add images when I posted my problem. Now I have that opportunity, so here's what I'm getting.
