I have been trying to sync my Golf Sky Caddy and firefox is blocking it. It states that it doesn't reconize it. How do I correct this issue?

First, update your Firefox to Firefox 16.0.1. Update Firefox to the latest release
Then, if you still are having trouble, can you give some more details please? Have you contacted sky caddy?
