i keep getting qone8 poping up; after reset, all is ok until the next time I load firefox; how can I rid myself of this problem forever.
This qone8 program keeps coming back whether I use IE or FFox. Reset does remove it but then it come back with the next loading. Perhaps I should add trouble shooting info when qone8 is running? Let me know and I'll repeat the process

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
