Please download Firefox 12, it's the latest version that will run on your computer. Then see if you still crash

1388173986 (Fri, 27 Dec 2013 19:53:06 GMT) is the time/date stamp when the crash occurred and doesn't give any helpful info about the crash.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

Thanks for your input. about:crashes says:"no reports submitted". This was typical of all crashes. However, so far no crashes since updating from V11.0 to V12.0. Keeping fingers crossed.
