Continually get this message then I try to make changes to my email account:

The Local Directory path "C:\Users\Gleason\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\svsnux1p.default\Mail\pop.gmail.com" is not suitable for message storage. Please choose another directory.

using 24.3.0 Version
