Firefox Hello says something went wrong and closes.
Hello. I am trying to use the video chat program, Firefox Hello. I start a new conversation with no one invited. I can see myself on the screen, that means Hello has access to my camera. But after a second or two, the vision from the videochat box goes away and an error message is displayed: Something went wrong. Well, obviously something went wrong, I can see that, that is not very descriptive. Anyways, I checked some other posts here and none of the answers helped. My configuration on camera and microphone are in "Always ask" box, so it should not have problem accessing my camera and microphone. Maybe it's because of my privacy settings: I keep cookies until I close my browser, I request do not track etc. But anyways, is there a remedy for this problem? I mean, no offence but Firefox were so happy to announce Hello feature, but what is the point if no one can use it? Regards.

Hi,
We are sorry there was an issue with the service on Sunday that has now been resolved. You should be able use Hello again as normal.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Hello,
To find the correct solution to your problem, we need some more non-personal information from you. Please do the following:
- Use ONE of these methods to open the Firefox Troubleshooting Information page:
- Click the menu button , click on help and select Troubleshooting Information.
- Type about:support into the Firefox address bar and press the enter key.
- At the top of the Troubleshooting Information page that comes up, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
- Now, go back to your forum post, right-click in the reply box and select Paste from the context menu (or else click inside the reply box and press the Ctrl+V keys) to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.
If you need further information about the Troubleshooting information page, please read the article Use the Troubleshooting Information page to help fix Firefox issues.
Thanks in advance for your help!
When I paste all the info here, it passes 10,000 character limit. What should I do?
