How about a actual screenshot of the settings.

For me on Linux the left button is in both cases the Cancel button. Apparently this is different on Windows if I check the screenshots in this knowledge base article.

I don't know if this is (was) a platform convention on Windows because this CRH window is a lot older than the Clear Data window in Options/Preferences.
