trying to implement a OneCallNow.com Listen Banner. I have created a test site at sites.google.com/view/jwalter111pa

The audio will play in Edge and Chrome but not in Firefox. Other site's audio will play in Firefox.

Hi John,

I am sorry to hear you're having audio issues with Firefox. I would try restarting Firefox in Safe mode if you haven't already.

  1. Click the menu on the top right of the browser
  2. Click Help
  3. Click Restart with add-ons Disabled...
